Vibrant bright red in colour with perfumed, lifted aromas of fresh spiced red berry fruits. Smooth, juicy, elegant palate which firms up with grainy tannins and finishes with good balancing acidity. Serve slightly cool.

Ageing Process
Bunch sorted prior to destemming and crushing. Aged for 9 months in 500L used French oak barrels with contact with light lees. Bottled December 2020.
